To ensure longer lifetime of the product in a lift installation, its components need to be serviced. This maintenance service ensures the optimum conditions for passenger safety.

Maintenance servicing intervals will depend on the general conditions of each installation. In general terms, GMV, as a manufacturer of hydraulic components, recommends carrying out two types of services:

 

General service:

Partial services, in line with the lifetime and wear and tear of the parts. GMV recommends the following services: every 2 months; every year, or every 5 years.
