Comply with regulations
The requirement to comply with EN 81-41 depends on each Autonomous Community; for example, in Catalonia, it is mandatory. Therefore, in some communities, it is possible to install an elevator in a residential community; while in other autonomous communities, the only solution is to install an elevator or consult with the elevator technician if there is a way to restrict elevator use (usually in communities with a small number of residents).
