On June 28, 2013, the Horizontal Property Law (LPH) was amended. It establishes certain conditions (article 10.1.b) under which installing an elevator is mandatory.
On September 20, the Cáceres Government approved a regulation that will allow blocks that do not have the interior space to install an exterior elevator to occupy part of the public road.
