The mayor of Castellví meets with the general manager of GMV Eurolift on the occasion of the company's anniversary
The company, based in the Rosanes industrial estate, has been collaborating with the municipality's activities since its establishment in Castellví in 2005.
The mayor of Castellví de Rosanes, Lluís Tomàs, met with the general manager of GMV Eurolift, Francesc Espinosa, on the occasion of the celebration of the 40th anniversary of Eurolift and the 55th anniversary of the GMV group.
What topics were discussed at the meeting?
During the meeting, Tomàs congratulated Espinosa on the company's long and successful history and thanked GMV Eurolift - dedicated to the manufacture and sale of hydraulic components for the lifting sector - for its support to the activities organised in the municipality since its establishment in 2005 in the Rosanes industrial estate.
The relationship between the City Council and the company is not limited, however, to festive activities. Eurolift has relied on the job pool of the Economic Promotion area when looking for candidates for the jobs that the company has needed to fill in its Castellvin facilities, and collaborated in the installation of the elevator in the building where the new city hall and the senior citizens' center are located.
Conclusions of the meeting
Tomàs and Espinosa agreed to continue maintaining the cordiality and spirit of collaboration that have marked the relationship between GMV Eurolift and the Castellvinense council over all these years.
