Hydraulic installations without machine room. Kit A3 DFS (Drive Fluitronic System)

Hydraulic lifts have found the solution to the main problem that lift technicians encounter when installing a lift in an existing building: space.

MRL type installations (without machine room or cabinet ) place the machinery in the elevator shaft itself, thus not taking up additional space, which can be used for other purposes. Ideal for both renovations and new construction.

Drive System Kit A3 (chassis + central + piston + driving kit + ecological fluid) is specially designed for this type of 2:1 hydraulic installations without a machine room, according to current regulations 81-2:A2, and also in compliance with EN 81:2-A3.

MRL-T Central Maintenance located in the pit Kit A3 consists of:

  • Hydraulic chassis 2:1 UNION range
  • MRL-T central unit with A3 NGV valve group.
  • GMV 1008 SL piston
  • Cabin Locking System for Pit Work (LCSMD)
  • Driving kit
  • Ecological fluid

Main advantages of the A3 Kit:

  • Full use of the enclosure: no external components are required.
  • Supplied with all components to comply with EN 81.2-A3.
  • Hydraulic power unit with NGV A3 technology: greater comfort and precision when stopping.
  • Regulation from the floor using a programming console.
  • Possibility of creating equipment with reduced pit (EN 81.21)
  • Reduction of installed power by up to 40%.
  • Mechanical lower cabin locking device.

  1. I request measurements of the space, structural conditions of the building, cabin, for an elevator for 3 people and 2 people

    1. Good morning Federico,
One of our technical service colleagues will contact you shortly to resolve your query. Thank you,
      All the best!

  2. Request for a quote + necessary measures

Information is requested on the space required and an approximate budget to install a single-family hydraulic lift for two people, with a staircase around the lift with minimum dimensions, but sufficient to allow the evacuation of a person in the event of a lift breakdown.

Measurements of the space for the staircase+elevator set: 146.5 deep and 168 front.

The height to climb, are 2.96 m, (Ground floor + 1st floor).

What space is needed for the cabin + anchors, and what work is required?

How much space is needed for the oil tank and the rest of the control machinery? (It could be placed on the right side, where there is a space of 1.58 m high, 1.27 m deep and 0.73 m wide.

Is a pit necessary? What size?

Thanking you in advance, I bid you farewell with cordial greetings.

  3. FOR OUR COMMUNITY, WE NEED TO KNOW THE APPROX. PRICE OF AN EXTERNAL ELEVATOR, ATTACHED TO THE FACADE, FOUR FLOORS AND A ROOF.
