The new 3100 2CH EL2 valve group offers the advantages of a balanced valve with electronic regulation and internal hydraulic feedback (closed circuit). Ideal for customers who demand the best comfort in installations where it is not necessary to comply with A3.
The main advantages we can highlight are:
- Possibility of independent and separate electronic regulation of all the operating phases of the elevator . Possibility of regulating the descent speed independently of the established ascent speed.
- Reduction in motor power compared to a traditional mechanical valve. Thanks to its improved energy efficiency .
- Possibility of modernizing existing elevators with 3010 valve . The new 3100 2CH EL2 valve has the same input controls as the 3010 valve.
- Soft Stop function integrated into the software and selectable.
- It does not require valve heating resistance or oil heating. It is not influenced by pressure and temperature variations of the fluid.
- Available with DRY units (with external motor) which increase the efficiency of the lift, reducing power losses due to the immersion of the motor in the fluid. The DRY unit also allows for reduced fluid usage, eliminating the need for an oil heating resistor.
- Use of the PT01 programmer already used for GEV and NGVA3 control panels and electronic valves.
