Oil heating resistance

When is oil heating resistance necessary?

When the cold weather arrives, some elevators accelerate and stop more abruptly due to the cooling of the oil.

This situation leads to the user being dissatisfied and calling for assistance from your technical service.

To avoid this type of assistance and user displeasure, GMV has an oil heating resistor.

Features of oil heating resistor

  • This is a resistor with an installed temperature sensor. It self-regulates, keeping the oil between 20-30Cº with a tolerance range of ± 2º/3º.
  • There are 2 options, 230 V or 400 V.
  • What the oil heating resistor achieves is to keep the oil in its optimal working range in cold weather conditions and thus optimize its performance.
